Here we go. The sniffly, icky cold season. I love a good home remedy and have played around with some recipes that have quickly become easy favorites. And had you asked me 5 years ago if I would have even tried these??? Um nope.
Immunity booster #1:
Fire Cider. It’s easy, don’t have to mix a thing. And chocked full of ingredients to aid in immune function like apple cider vinegar, horseradish, honey, ginger, and more!

Immunity booster #2:
Homemade ginger and lemon juice shots. #Recipe? I simply juice a couple of inches of ginger, half a lemon, sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Then “chase” it with an apple wedge.
Immunity booster #3:
Organic teas. #Pukka is a favorite brand of mine and Amazon even sells a variety pack. HUGE health benefits of tea!!! Three ginger is, of course, and great cold fighter.
Immunity booster #4:
Aloe, probiotics with digestive enzyme (probio5 is unmatched), and tonssss of water!!!!! Flush the toxins out!
