It’s very easy, you just blend water and celery. After it’s blended really well, you use either a cheese cloth, nut milk bag or what I use which is a finely meshed strainer and a spatula. I take a bowl and place the strainer over it then empty the blender into the strainer. I then use the spatula to press all the juice out.
