GAINER: this plan will focus on overall weight gain and increasing muscle with focus on leg sculpting and glute building! Prepare to lift heavy, have longer rest periods and try new things with this plan. Full body weekly workouts are included in this plan but the emphasis is on the lower half of the body to build size and strength!
SCULPTING: with this plan, over all weight may decrease, but our main focus here is to trim down on body fat while increasing muscle mass in the glutes and sculpt your legs! This plan is perfect for anyone looking to build that hourglass shape or trim the extra holiday fat off with a full body blast that will focus on all the right curves! Be prepared to get sweaty and increase your heart rate with this mix of high intensity workouts and “back to the basics” heavy leg days!
